Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute AI-powered digital marketing strategies across all channels
  • Manage SEO/SEA campaigns using AI tools (SurferSEO, Semrush AI, Google AI Mode)
  • Create data-driven content with AI assistance (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney)
  • Run performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Analyse KPIs with AI-powered analytics and continuously optimise campaigns
  • Manage and grow social media channels using AI-scheduled, personalised content
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Make, n8n)
  • Report on campaign performance and present data-driven recommendations
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEA, content or performance)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content, ads and analytics
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not gut feeling
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
